April Hugh was referred to me early in the process. After speaking with her the first time, I was convinced she was the very best choice. April is very personable, and above all, she's a professional, someone who goes above and beyond for her clients. I don't live in Santa Maria area. I left sales and negotiating up to April. Two offers came in. She suggested I counter both offers. I declined the counter and took the offer with shortest escrow time. The deal was closed early. I am totally satisfied with all of April's work from listing to closing. I was impressed with her after my initial discussion with her. I chose her and my choice proved to be spot on.
